The programs include:

A. SUMMER ASSIDUITY

The Company is obliged throughout the summer period to accomplish all the check-in and checkout with the charterers, as a representative of the ship owner, from Athens base.

Summer assiduity and conservation consists on:

1. CHECK IN:

• Welcoming the charterers on the deck.

• Delivery of the Yacht (inventory).

• Technical delivery of the yacht.

• Sailing Documents delivery to the client.

• Departure of the yacht.

• Supportability to the client throughout the charter.

 

2. CHECK OUT

• Welcoming the charterers back.

• Arrangement of the check-out.

• Re-delivery of yacht’s inventory.

• Technical re-delivery of the yacht.

• Economical settlements (return of Security Deposit).

• Diver.

• Bunkers Fuels fulfillment.

 

3. PROVISIONS AND CHECK OF THE YACHT

• Technical repairs from the last charter.

• Internal-External cleaning of the yacht.

• Changing Gas Bottles.

• Outboard’s checking and petrol’s re-fill.

• Re-fill water tanks.

• Inventory List’s completion.

• Batteries –Flags replacement.

• Linen cleaning-replacement

• Engine’s check and filters-oils change(whenever needed).

• Final technical check- Port Police’s processing.

 

B. WINTERIZATION

Through the winter period preservation contains:

Supervising work from another team.

Preservation all the equipment of the yacht.

Works from the technical list.

 

C. GENERAL WORK

Contains:

• Life raft inspection.

• Certificate conservation.

• Fire extinguishers maintenance or replacement.

• Inspection.

 

D. MANAGEMENT

Contains:

• Βerth location for the boat and take care.

• Forwarding paper work, marinas, accountant, port police and tax office.

• Complete readiness of the boat for charter or for owners use through the months April until November.
